PATAWOMECK DUGOUT CANOES are available for sale to the public in an 18” HAND-CARVED MODEL - made by Buddy “White Cloud” Jett... stained and “scorched” on the interior to show reverence for the ancestors' use of fire in the crafting of Dugouts. The “cradle” style base, on which each Canoe sits, is crafted with “Old World Style” HAND CUT JOINERY techniques, stained, and with finishing details of a “brass plaque” on the base front - engraved with the words, “PATAWOMECK DUGOUT CANOE”... and a burned in stamp on the base back - with the words, “HANDCRAFTED BY PATAWOMECK INDIANS”. Each Model is SIGNED and NUMBERED on the base interior.
